Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you don’t love your new purchase, you must return to us within 10 days of purchase. Send the unworn, unwashed, unused items with tags attached in a secure package. Include your receipt with the items listed. On this, pleaselist the reason for return & your desire to return or exchange the item.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise, in original condition and with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied.

All returns beyond 10 days of purchase date will be denied.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 10 days of receipt to the address below. Include your Order # on the outside of the package.

Return Processing

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Refunds are minus the cost of original shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

Swimwear and Bodysuits. Due to health restrictions we cannot accept returns for Swimwear and Bodysuits.
Special Order Items.
Pre-Order Items.
Accessories.
